Le bureau d’architectes Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) a remport\u00e9 le concours pour la conception du nouvel op\u00e9ra de Hambourg dans le quartier HafenCity gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un projet spectaculaire. En novembre, un jury compos\u00e9 de repr\u00e9sentants de la ville, de la fondation K\u00fchne et d’experts externes a vot\u00e9 \u00e0 l’unanimit\u00e9 en faveur de ce projet. Le projet pr\u00e9voit un op\u00e9ra exceptionnel avec un toit accueillant et accessible qui s’ouvre de tous c\u00f4t\u00e9s sur l’Elbe et la ville. Le projet laur\u00e9at sera d\u00e9sormais finalis\u00e9 au cours des deux prochaines ann\u00e9es en \u00e9troite collaboration avec la fondation, la ville et l’Op\u00e9ra d’\u00c9tat de Hambourg, futur utilisateur. \u00c0 l’issue de cette longue phase de planification pr\u00e9liminaire et d’une estimation fiable des co\u00fbts, la Fondation K\u00fchne prendra une d\u00e9cision finale sur la r\u00e9alisation du nouveau b\u00e2timent. L’emplacement pr\u00e9vu est le site de Baakenh\u00f6ft \u00e0 HafenCity, directement sur l’Elbe.<\/p>\n

Le groupe Bjarke Ingels remporte le concours<\/h3>\n

Sur la base d’un avant-projet du th\u00e9\u00e2tre, le processus de qualification architecturale a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 par la Hamburgische Staatsoper Projekt GmbH. Le jury a attest\u00e9 que le projet du groupe Bjarke Ingels \u00e9tait un concept bien pens\u00e9 et une approche urbanistique convaincante. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9crit comme une \u00ab symbiose r\u00e9ussie entre les conditions id\u00e9ales pour un op\u00e9ra et un monument embl\u00e9matique pour tous les habitants de Hambourg \u00bb. Les g\u00e9n\u00e9reux d\u00e9bords de toit de la fa\u00e7ade, qui forment une cascade d’\u00e9l\u00e9gants balcons, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 salu\u00e9s comme une caract\u00e9ristique particuli\u00e8re : \u00ab En effet, cela cr\u00e9e une spirale de jardins suspendus, plant\u00e9s d’arbres, d’arbustes et d’herbes indig\u00e8nes, et ouverts au public comme lieu de d\u00e9tente. Cela permet aux visiteurs de faire le tour complet de l’op\u00e9ra et de profiter de la vue sur la ville, HafenCity et le port. \u00bb Le design devient particuli\u00e8rement embl\u00e9matique la nuit, lorsque ses \u00ab feuilles \u00bb tentaculaires sont illumin\u00e9es par le bas, ressemblant \u00e0 une fleur \u00e9panouie.<\/p>\n

Nouvelle construction de l’op\u00e9ra de Hambourg sur le site de Baakenh\u00f6ft<\/h3>\n

En f\u00e9vrier 2025, la ville de Hambourg et la Fondation K\u00fchne ont conclu un accord pour la construction d’un nouvel op\u00e9ra de classe mondiale sur le site de Baakenh\u00f6ft. Il est pr\u00e9vu que HSO Projekt GmbH soit responsable du nouveau b\u00e2timent, dans lequel, apr\u00e8s approbation par le parlement municipal, la ville de Hambourg et l’Op\u00e9ra d’\u00c9tat de Hambourg seront \u00e9galement impliqu\u00e9s aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la fondation. La ville rendra \u00e9galement les espaces publics autour du nouvel op\u00e9ra accessibles \u00e0 tous. L’accord stipule que la ville contribuera \u00e0 hauteur de 147,5 millions d’euros aux co\u00fbts de construction de l’op\u00e9ra afin de couvrir les co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires li\u00e9s \u00e0 l’emplacement, en particulier pour les fondations et la protection contre les inondations. Ce montant est plafonn\u00e9. La fondation couvrira les co\u00fbts restants pour la construction du nouvel op\u00e9ra. Une fois les travaux termin\u00e9s, le b\u00e2timent et les parts de la fondation dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9e du projet seront transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 la ville \u00e0 titre de donation.<\/p>\n

En septembre, le S\u00e9nat de la ville libre et hans\u00e9atique de Hambourg a adopt\u00e9 un projet de loi demandant au Parlement de Hambourg d’approuver l’accord.<\/p>\n

Les bureaus d’architectes de renomm\u00e9e internationale suivants ont particip\u00e9 au processus de qualification pour la construction du b\u00e2timent, avec des id\u00e9es d’am\u00e9nagement d’espaces ouverts soumises \u00e0 un appel d’offres par HSO Projekt GmbH :<\/p>\n
