\u00c0 l’extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 ouest de la vieille ville de Pampelune, juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des remparts historiques du quartier de San Cernin, se trouve le couvent Salesas. En 2010, la Communaut\u00e9 de Communes de l’agglom\u00e9ration de Pampelune (Mancomunidad de la Comarca de Pamplona MCP<\/em>) a pu acqu\u00e9rir le b\u00e2timent, qui \u00e9tait vacant depuis 2003. Tous les employ\u00e9s de l’institution, jusqu’\u00e0 ce moment r\u00e9partis dans plusieurs b\u00e2timents, devaient \u00eatre regroup\u00e9s dans un seul et m\u00eame b\u00e2timent administratif. Au lieu de construire un nouveau b\u00e2timent en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9nover et de r\u00e9am\u00e9nager cet ancien b\u00e2timent situ\u00e9 en centre-ville. Le concours a \u00e9t\u00e9 remport\u00e9 par une \u00e9quipe d’architectes des trois cabinets: Matos Castillo, \u00c1lvarez Sala et Rueda Pizarro. Les architectes locaux Tabuenca & Leache (connus notamment pour leur projet de r\u00e9novation de la Casa Condestable situ\u00e9e juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9) et Javier Urdaci ont \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9s de la direction des travaux. L’intervention architecturale a essay\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre la moindre possible. La structure de base du monast\u00e8re, en partie class\u00e9 monument historique, a \u00e9t\u00e9 conserv\u00e9e avec ses trois cours int\u00e9rieures. Sur le plan urbanistique, l’entr\u00e9e a toutefois \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9plac\u00e9e vers le c\u00f4t\u00e9 ouest : l’ancien jardin arri\u00e8re du monast\u00e8re fait d\u00e9sormais office de cour d’entr\u00e9e, dans laquelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e une nouvelle aile \u00e9troite sur pilotis offrant des espaces de bureaux suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n

L’\u00e9glise a \u00e9t\u00e9 transform\u00e9e en salle de r\u00e9union et de r\u00e9ception et porte d\u00e9sormais le nom de l’architecte du couvent Salesas, F. Ansoleaga. Pour la majeure partie des espaces, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire transformer la structure fragment\u00e9e du monast\u00e8re en grands espaces de bureaux ouverts, li\u00e9 aux nouveaux usages. Dans la mesure du possible, les murs anciens conserv\u00e9s, \u00e9ventuellement l\u00e9g\u00e8rement renforc\u00e9s, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s comme structure porteuse verticale. Les murs int\u00e9rieurs autour des deux cours int\u00e9rieures font exception: ici, en accord avec les services de protection des monuments historiques et en conservant les dimensions historiques, des nouveaux murs en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9rig\u00e9s, qui servent d’\u00e9l\u00e9ments de renfort et d’appui.<\/p>\n

Pour les plafonds, une construction compos\u00e9e de poutres verticales en bois microlamin\u00e9 et de panneaux CLT horizontaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie. La hauteur des poutres est maintenue constante \u00e0 44 cm et seuls les espacements sont adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la situation statique respective. La structure en bois, qui reste visible, s’harmonise avec les \u00e9l\u00e9ments anciens du b\u00e2timent gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son enduit structur\u00e9. Toutes les fonctions techniques du b\u00e2timent sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans un double plancher. Cela permet de cr\u00e9er un espace int\u00e9rieur visuellement ordonn\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Dans le cadre de la planification globale, des mesures importantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre pour am\u00e9liorer l’efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. L’utilisation de la g\u00e9othermie et le respect des normes d’isolation modernes ont permis d’atteindre la norme NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building). Compte tenu du r\u00f4le exemplaire que doivent jouer les pouvoirs publics, le processus de planification et le b\u00e2timent fini devaient servir de projet phare pour la gestion durable des b\u00e2timents class\u00e9s monuments historiques.<\/p>\n
