D\u00e9couvrez un b\u00e2timent nomin\u00e9 pour le Brick Award 2024 ! La participation est gratuite, mais les places sont limit\u00e9es \u2013 r\u00e9servez la v\u00f4tre d\u00e8s que possible<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Le Brick Award est un prix international lanc\u00e9 par Wienerberger en 2004 pour r\u00e9compenser l\u2019excellence de l\u2019architecture en brique \u00e0 travers le monde. Un pr\u00e9-jury s\u00e9lectionne 50 projets nomin\u00e9s, puis un jury international compos\u00e9 d’architectes de renom d\u00e9signe les laur\u00e9ats de chaque cat\u00e9gorie ainsi que les deux grands gagnants.<\/p>\n

InsighTour \u2013 Th\u00e9\u00e2tre de Carouge, Suisse<\/h2>\n

Le Th\u00e9\u00e2tre de Carouge s\u2019ins\u00e8re avec pr\u00e9cision dans le tissu urbain compact du quartier sud de Gen\u00e8ve. R\u00e9alis\u00e9 en 2021 par l\u2019agence Pont 12 Architectes, le projet r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un programme fonctionnel complexe tout en optimisant les contraintes spatiales du site, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par une emprise au sol limit\u00e9e et un environnement urbain dense.
\nL\u2019organisation spatiale du b\u00e2timent repose sur cinq entit\u00e9s programmatiques majeures : trois salles de spectacle aux configurations distinctes, la salle des F\u00eates r\u00e9habilit\u00e9e, et une esplanade publique. Le sch\u00e9ma de circulation a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour assurer une continuit\u00e9 fluide entre les zones publiques et techniques, tout en distinguant clairement les flux du public, des artistes et du personnel technique. Le foyer principal, orient\u00e9 vers l\u2019esplanade, offre une perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 visuelle et fonctionnelle avec l\u2019espace public. \u00c0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re, la halle de montage joue un r\u00f4le structurant en cr\u00e9ant une cour technique centralis\u00e9e, facilitant la logistique des d\u00e9cors et des \u00e9quipements sc\u00e9niques.
\nLa salle des F\u00eates a fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une restauration minutieuse, conservant son langage brutaliste originel tout en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019une mise \u00e0 niveau technique et d\u2019un r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement int\u00e9rieur conforme aux exigences contemporaines en mati\u00e8re de confort et d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9.
\nL\u2019enveloppe architecturale est d\u00e9finie par une volum\u00e9trie \u00e9tag\u00e9e, sculpt\u00e9e au plus juste des gabarits r\u00e9glementaires. L\u2019absence de joints de dilatation dans les parements en briques conf\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble une lecture monolithique, renfor\u00e7ant la coh\u00e9rence formelle de l\u2019\u00e9difice. Le choix d\u2019une brique beige allong\u00e9e, \u00e0 texture brute et mod\u00e9nature sobre, permet une variation d\u2019effets lumineux selon l\u2019incidence solaire, tout en assurant une continuit\u00e9 mat\u00e9rielle avec le contexte b\u00e2ti environnant et le paysage v\u00e9g\u00e9tal. Cette mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9 contribue fortement \u00e0 l\u2019ancrage du projet dans son site.<\/p>\n
