Dans le quartier climatiquement intelligent de Hyllie, au sud de Malm\u00f6, Wing\u00e5rdhs arkitekter a con\u00e7u un immeuble de bureaux en bois qui, lors de son ouverture en 2024, deviendra le plus haut immeuble de ce type en Su\u00e8de. L’immeuble de bureaux est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l’entr\u00e9e de Embassy<\/em> of sharing<\/em>, un nouveau quartier de Hyllie, et en face de la gare de Triangeln (par KHR arkitekter), qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 le point de d\u00e9part de la visite guid\u00e9e professionnelle de Scaledenmark pour les architectes dans le quartier de Hyllie. En tant que phare de la construction durable, le b\u00e2timent porte bien son nom : fyrtornet<\/em> (le phare).<\/p>\n

Un quartier \u00e0 faible empreinte carbone<\/h2>\n

La faible empreinte au sol du b\u00e2timent permet une connexion forte et ouverte avec l’ Embassy of sharing<\/em>, un projet de d\u00e9veloppement urbain innovant. Le quartier sera un m\u00e9lange d’espaces commerciaux, de logements et de lieux de rencontre qui partageront un syst\u00e8me g\u00e9o\u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Le quartier est la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape du d\u00e9veloppement de Hyllie, un quartier qui s’est consid\u00e9rablement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son emplacement avantageux pour les navetteurs en provenance et \u00e0 destination de Malm\u00f6 et de Copenhague. Le plan directeur du nouveau quartier a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 par Wing\u00e5rdhs arkitekter et se caract\u00e9rise par une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de types de b\u00e2timents, mais tous ont le m\u00eame objectif : limiter autant que possible leur impact sur l’environnement.<\/p>\n

Dans le Lighthouse, la construction en bois et la fa\u00e7ade en bardeaux de c\u00e8dre contribuent \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l’empreinte carbone de l’immeuble de bureaux, m\u00eame la cage d’ascenseur a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite en bois. La fa\u00e7ade en verre est \u00e9quip\u00e9e de panneaux solaires int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et repose sur une goutti\u00e8re en bois. Mais la durabilit\u00e9 ne se limite pas \u00e0 l’utilisation des mat\u00e9riaux et de l’\u00e9nergie. Les promoteurs et les architectes se sont \u00e9galement attach\u00e9s \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des espaces qui peuvent \u00eatre partag\u00e9s par les locataires : parking, salles de r\u00e9union, salon, terrasse sur le toit, etc. En outre, le b\u00e2timent adjacent Drivbanken contribue \u00e0 l’am\u00e9nagement d’un restaurant, d’une biblioth\u00e8que et d’un service de conciergerie ouvert \u00e0 tous.<\/p>\n

Destination Hyllie<\/h3>\n

Le phare compl\u00e8te le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre autour de la place de la gare de Hyllie et occupe une place centrale bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9e dans la visite des b\u00e2timents de Scaledenmark \u00e0 Hyllie, rejoignant le centre commercial Emporia (Wing\u00e5rdhs arkitekter,) avec son impressionnante entr\u00e9e et sa terrasse sur le toit, le b\u00e2timent en blocs de glace (FOJAB architekter) et l’embl\u00e9matique ch\u00e2teau d’eau (Karl Ivar St\u00e5l). Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, Wing\u00e5rdhs arkitekter et Granitor d\u00e9veloppent cinq autres projets innovants dans Embassy of sharing<\/em> dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n
