Ici, l&rsquo;architecture et la gastronomie convergent parfaitement, en particulier dans les domaines de la production du vin et d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, cr\u00e9ant un m\u00e9lange de saveurs qui se joint \u00e0 l&rsquo;art de la construction et, bien s\u00fbr, \u00e0 la joie de la gastronomie.<\/p>\n<h2>Commen\u00e7ons par le vin<\/h2>\n<p>Alors que dans les r\u00e9gions du nord de l&rsquo;Espagne, des architectes internationaux de renom ont construit des \u00ab\u00a0b\u00e2timents t\u00e9moins\u00a0\u00bb pour des marques connues au cours des derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, l&rsquo;Andalousie peut se targuer d&rsquo;avoir sa propre approche. Dans les ann\u00e9es 1960 et 1970, les grandes caves traditionnelles, en particulier celles de Jerez, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 modernis\u00e9es. Parmi les exemples notables, citons les caves Garvey con\u00e7ues par Miguel Fissac, les Copas con\u00e7ues par Eduardo Torroja &#8211; cr\u00e9\u00e9es pour abriter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 20 000 barriques de vin &#8211; et les caves William et Humbert con\u00e7ues par le studio Arquinde, qui comptent plus de 445 piliers. Les grandes marques traditionnelles coexistent avec de petites caves qui r\u00e9utilisent ing\u00e9nieusement des \u00e9l\u00e9ments du patrimoine architectural existant pour leurs nouvelles installations. L&rsquo;architecte Elena Ordo\u00f1ez a orchestr\u00e9 une d\u00e9licate r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration architecturale d&rsquo;une fonderie d&rsquo;\u00e9tain du XVIIIe si\u00e8cle, avec une autonomie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et une d\u00e9coration int\u00e9rieure surprenante de l&rsquo;espace r\u00e9sidentiel. Qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de petits moulins familiaux dans les montagnes de Grenade ou de Ja\u00e9n ou de grands domaines dans les plaines de S\u00e9ville, nombre de ces installations traditionnelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9habilit\u00e9es \u00e0 des fins de restauration ou de tourisme rural. La dynamique du march\u00e9 a conduit \u00e0 une augmentation de l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de ces installations coop\u00e9ratives, ce qui permet de meilleurs investissements dans la productivit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Alors que la plupart d&rsquo;entre elles adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 la typologie des entrep\u00f4ts industriels plus ou moins standardis\u00e9s, certaines pr\u00e9sentent une couche suppl\u00e9mentaire de conception au-del\u00e0 de la fonctionnalit\u00e9. Con\u00e7u par <a href=\"http:\/\/sol89.sol89.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sol89<\/a>, il int\u00e8gre en toute transparence des mat\u00e9riaux chaleureux dans l&rsquo;espace pr\u00e9existant. La c\u00e9l\u00e8bre <a href=\"https:\/\/bodegascampos.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bodegas Campos<\/a>, fond\u00e9e en 1908 pour l&rsquo;\u00e9levage des vins de la r\u00e9gion de Montilla-Moriles, y a connu une croissance continue.
