R\u00e9inventer Paris. C\u2019\u00e9tait le pari fou du concours du m\u00eame nom, lanc\u00e9 en 2015 par la Mairie de Paris. Laur\u00e9at du concours, le projet de r\u00e9habilitation structurelle et architecturale de la F\u00e9licit\u00e9, anciennement Cit\u00e9<\/strong> Morland, d\u00e9construit avec brio l\u2019id\u00e9e qu\u2019on ne peut pas faire du neuf avec de l\u2019ancien. Preuve que l\u2019innovation est toujours une bonne id\u00e9e!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\u00c0 deux pas de la Seine et du Boulevard Morland s\u2019est ouvert en 2022 le nouveau projet de David Chipperfield Architects, CALQ, Michel Desvigne, \u00d3lafur El\u00edasson et Sebastian Behmann du Studio Other Spaces: la F\u00e9licit\u00e9. Sous les vo\u00fbtes fra\u00eeches de 7 m de hauteur, ce sont quelques des dizaines d\u2019habitants et de touristes qui viennent profiter des onze nouveaux usages. locales. Ici un restaurant. L\u00e0, un march\u00e9 alimentaire, un centre de sport et une cr\u00e8che. Autrefois boud\u00e9 par les commerces, qualifi\u00e9 de d\u00e9sert par sa population, c\u2019est tout un quartier qui se r\u00e9jouit d\u00e9sormais d\u2019\u00eatre de nouveau plac\u00e9 sur la carte du 4eme arrondissement de Paris.<\/p>\n

Du brutalisme \u00e0 l\u2019optimisme<\/em><\/h2>\n

Exit les bureaux v\u00e9tustes et labyrinthiques due site administratif de la pr\u00e9fecture de Paris: place \u00e0 plus de clart\u00e9! Pratique, son all\u00e9e centrale relie les 40 000 m2 de programme : commerces, logements, bureaux, auberges de jeunesse, h\u00f4tel chic\u2026 Sur le toit v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9, des espaces d\u00e9di\u00e9s aux agricultures urbaines o\u00f9 tout est cultiv\u00e9 puis irrigu\u00e9 par les eaux grises du b\u00e2timent, en circuit ferm\u00e9.
