Rapide, innovant, attractif &#8211; \u00ab\u00a0Vivre pour tous\u00a0\u00bb au Dantebad de Munich"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En 2016, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 municipale <a href=\"http:\/\/gewofag.de\/web.nsf\/id\/deutscher-staedtebaupreis-2018-gewofag\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GEWOFAG<\/a>, en collaboration avec l&rsquo;architecte Florian Nagler et terra.nova landschaftsarchitektur, Munich, a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 le premier projet du programme de construction r\u00e9sidentielle \u00ab\u00a0Wohnen f\u00fcr Alle\u00a0\u00bb sur un parking public de la Dantebad.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit donc d&rsquo;un projet pilote d&rsquo;un programme de construction imm\u00e9diate de logements d\u00e9cid\u00e9 par la municipalit\u00e9 de Munich d\u00e9but 2016 pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la grande p\u00e9nurie de logements \u00e0 Munich. D&rsquo;ici 2019, un total de 3 000 appartements subventionn\u00e9s seront cr\u00e9\u00e9s en divers endroits et int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans le contexte urbain.
