Avec un nouveau m\u00e9ga-projet de grande hauteur, Duba\u00ef a l’intention de se battre pour garder le titre d\u2019avoir le plus haut b\u00e2timent du monde. Apr\u00e8s l’ach\u00e8vement de la Burj Khalifa de 828 m de haut en 2010, l’Arabie Saoudite a commenc\u00e9 la construction de la tour de Djeddah qui, une fois termin\u00e9e, aura une hauteur de 1007 m. La r\u00e9ponse de Duba\u00ef est la Creek Tower<\/a>. Les fondations sur pieux de 72 m de profondeur sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 ins\u00e9r\u00e9es et l’ach\u00e8vement de la tour est pr\u00e9vu pour 2020.<\/p>\n

Dubai Creek Harbour Foundation – AUTHOR: EMAAR<\/p><\/div>\n

Le promoteur du projet\u00a0EMAAR<\/a>\u00a0ne parle officiellement que d’une hauteur de 828m+, mais on peut s\u2019attendre que, si la tour de Djeddah est achev\u00e9e au pr\u00e9alable, la Creek Tower ram\u00e8nera \u00e0 Duba\u00ef le titre du b\u00e2timent le plus haut du monde. Des sources non officielles parlent m\u00eame d’une altitude de 1300m.<\/p>\n

Architecte: Santiago Calatrava<\/strong><\/h2>\n

La conception, par l’architecte et ing\u00e9nieur hispano-suisse Santiago Calatrava, forme le c\u0153ur du projet Dubai Creek Habour, un nouveau centre-ville avec un m\u00e9ga centre commercial et un nouvel horizon de l’autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 du Dubai Creek.<\/p>\n

On dit que la forme de la tour s’inspire de celle d’un lis du d\u00e9sert, mais la tour ressemble plut\u00f4t \u00e0 une fus\u00e9e pr\u00eate \u00e0 d\u00e9coller apr\u00e8s avoir rel\u00e2ch\u00e9 les c\u00e2bles ancr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s environ 800 m, la cage d’ascenseur tendue vers l’arri\u00e8re s’\u00e9paissit pour devenir une fleur, plut\u00f4t une t\u00eate de fus\u00e9e, ce qui permet l’utilisation d’environ 30 \u00e9tages seulement.<\/p>\n

A c\u00f4t\u00e9 de plusieurs \u00e9tages panoramiques, de restaurants et d’un h\u00f4tel boutique, on parle de la mosqu\u00e9e la plus haute du monde. Cela permettrait d’arriver un peu tard pour les pri\u00e8res du soir car le soleil se couche quelques minutes plus tard \u00e0 1000m d’altitude.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00eat pour l’EXPO 2020 ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Duba\u00ef a toujours eu de la chance avec ses m\u00e9ga-projets iconographiques. Il ne fait aucun doute que la Dubai Creek Tower sera le nouveau joyau de la couronne dans la ligne d\u2019horizon de l’\u00e9mirat une fois termin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

La date d’ach\u00e8vement annonc\u00e9e pour l’EXPO 2020 semble discutable. Mais avec un coffrage glissant, il serait possible de couler des b\u00e9tons de plus de 3,5 m de hauteur par jour.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s l’ach\u00e8vement de sa fondation qui a certainement absorb\u00e9 un certain pourcentage du co\u00fbt total du projet d’un milliard de dollars US, tout le monde est maintenant excit\u00e9 de voir la tour enfin grandir.<\/p>\n
