La r\u00e9cession financi\u00e8re est accompagn\u00e9e de l\u2019actuelle crise sociale et environnementale. Dans ce contexte d\u2019incertitude, une jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u2019architectes espagnols explore de nouvelles mani\u00e8res d\u2019envisager l\u2019architecture et d\u2019en faire, en l\u2019abordant dans une logique de d\u00e9veloppement durable, en la comprenant dans sa perspective environnementale, \u00e9conomique et sociale. Nous vous pr\u00e9sentons deux exemples de construction durable, qui, en recourant \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes strat\u00e9gies, d\u00e9fendent une architecture au service de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et de l\u2019environnement.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Vil-la Ur\u00e0nia \u2013 Les espaces verts urbains comme source de subsistance<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce nouvel ensemble d\u2019\u00e9quipements publics a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit dans une r\u00e9sidence de la fin du XIX\u00e8me si\u00e8cle du quartier Sarri\u00e0 \u2013 Sant Gervasi de Barcelone. Copyright: Henning Nielsen.<\/p><\/div>\n<h5><strong>Lleialtat Santsenca \u2013 vers une architecture de l\u2019imperfection<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Egalement achev\u00e9e en 2017, la r\u00e9habilitation de l\u2019immeuble de l\u2019ancienne coop\u00e9rative ouvri\u00e8re, Lleialtat Santsenca , qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 b\u00e2ti en 1927 dans l\u2019arrondissement Sants de Barcelone, est le tout dernier ouvrage de l\u2019agence d\u2019architecture HARQUITECTES pour reconstituer un \u00e9quipement de quartier.
