Deux nouvelles coop\u00e9ratives \u2013 Kalkbreite et Mehr als Wohnen \u2013 planchent sur nos futurs modes de vie et la question de savoir si nous vivrons \u00ab&nbsp;Seuls ou Ensemble ?&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Situ\u00e9e dans le centre, Kalkbreite, est construite au-dessus d\u2019un grand hall \u00e0 trois niveaux et comprend un d\u00e9p\u00f4t de tramways. Une cour commune au troisi\u00e8me niveau sert de point d\u2019entr\u00e9e et de terrain de jeux. Le b\u00e2timent d\u2019un seul bloc est une mini-ville dot\u00e9e de services publics dont une cr\u00e8che, un centre m\u00e9dical, un cin\u00e9ma, des caf\u00e9s, des boutiques et des bureaux. Copyright: Barbara Petri.<\/p><\/div>\n<h5><strong>Mais qu\u2019est-ce qui rend Kalkbreite si sp\u00e9ciale ?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Outre les appartements familiaux, elle offre de gigantesques appartements dits \u00ab&nbsp;en grappe&nbsp;\u00bb allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 neuf pi\u00e8ces, tous \u00e9quip\u00e9s de salles de bains priv\u00e9es, et d\u2019une cuisine et d\u2019un salon partag\u00e9s. Les appartement-grappes ont tous acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un salon commun et une salle \u00e0 manger commune pr\u00e9vue pour 50 personnes avec leur propre cuisinier(e). Cette modularit\u00e9 permet \u00e9conomie d\u2019\u00e9nergie et gain de place, avec 35m2 priv\u00e9s au maximum par personne. Un bed &amp; breakfast int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 la structure accueille les visiteurs.
