WagnisART est un tout nouvel ensemble de logements construit sous l\u2019\u00e9gide de la coop\u00e9rative Wagnis eG form\u00e9e en 2000, sur l\u2019emplacement d\u2019une ancienne caserne de Domagpark.<\/p>\n

Avec ce projet achev\u00e9 en 2015, Wagnis eG a sign\u00e9 un complexe de 138 appartements financ\u00e9 par des subventions et des initiatives priv\u00e9es. Ces appartements, r\u00e9partis dans cinq immeubles distincts connect\u00e9s par des passerelles, abritent lieux d\u2019habitation et de travail. Dans une communaut\u00e9 regroupant des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019exploitation diverses, le complexe contribue activement \u00e0 l\u2019essor du quartier et constitue un projet pionnier dans le cadre du d\u00e9veloppement urbain futur.<\/p>\n

Les cabinets d\u2019architectes en charge de WagnisART, Bogevischs Buero Architekten & Stadtplaner et SHAG Schindler Hable Architekten, en coop\u00e9ration avec le cabinet d\u2019architecture paysag\u00e8re Bauchplan et Aub\u00f6ck + K\u00e1r\u00e1sz, ont re\u00e7u pour ce projet de logement coop\u00e9ratif le \u201cDeutsche St\u00e4dtbaupreis 2016\u201d, prix d\u2019architecture tr\u00e8s convoit\u00e9 en Allemagne.<\/p>\n

La coop\u00e9ration entre les architectes et les futurs r\u00e9sidents du complexe fut un \u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u00e9terminant au d\u00e9marrage de WagnisART. Leur participation a permis aux r\u00e9sidents de mieux s\u2019approprier cette structure communautaire. La diversit\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments constituant les b\u00e2timents favorise cette id\u00e9e coop\u00e9rative. \u00c0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du square public, les passerelles qui relient les cinq b\u00e2timents fournissent des aires semi-publiques suppl\u00e9mentaires entre les immeubles et servent d\u2019espace social aux r\u00e9sidents de WagnisART. Les toits-terrasses forment une autre composante importante du grand espace commun ouvert, que viennent compl\u00e9ter les toits-jardins sur deux des cinq immeubles.<\/p>\n

Un second prix r\u00e9compensant la pertinence communautaire<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Le Domagkpark abritait une colonie artistique importante avant d\u2019\u00eatre consacr\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement urbain. WagnisART a re\u00e7u son nom en hommage \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque, \u00e0 sa proximit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate avec les DomagkAteliers o\u00f9 travaillent 100 artistes, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 sa vocation future qui est de faire \u00e9clore un mode de vie urbain collaboratif dans un quartier actif et cr\u00e9atif o\u00f9 le bien-\u00eatre des habitants prime sur tout.<\/p>\n

Voil\u00e0 pourquoi le nouveau quartier Domagkpark a re\u00e7u en mai 2017 le ULI Germany Award for Excellence (Prix de l\u2019Excellence ULI Allemagne) d\u00e9cern\u00e9 par le Urban Lands Institute, qui r\u00e9compense les meilleurs projets r\u00e9alis\u00e9s du pays en tenant compte de tous leurs aspects, au-del\u00e0 de leur architecture et design.<\/p>\n
