Zusammen mit der urbanen Umgestaltung bei Porta Nuova ist auch das Projekt CityLife ein Symbol f\u00fcr die Wiedergeburt der gr\u00f6\u00dften Stadt in Norditalien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CityLife ist das gro\u00dfe Sanierungsgebiet auf dem ehemaligen Gel\u00e4nde der Mail\u00e4nder Messe, gelegen in einem der repr\u00e4sentativsten Wohnviertel der Stadt. Copyright: Massimo Tiano.<\/p><\/div>\n<h5><strong>Ein einzigartiges Shoppingrevier <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Der CityLife Bezirk vereint drei verschiedene Bereiche zu einer innovativen Shopping Mall, die besondere Erlebnisse f\u00fcr Konsumenten verspricht. Die zweigeschossige Mall, der gro\u00dfe zentrale Platz und die Fu\u00dfg\u00e4ngerzone bieten zusammen mehr als 100 Lokale, darunter 80 Shops, 20 Bars und Restaurants, einen Gourmet-Supermarkt, ein Fitness und Wellness Center und ein Multiplex Kino mit 7 Leinw\u00e4nden und 1.200 Sitzen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dieses innovative Projekt im Zentrum Mailands wird am 30. November 2017 er\u00f6ffnet. Mit einer vermietbaren Fl\u00e4che von 32.000 qm werden hier viele nationale und internationale Marken und H\u00e4ndler vertreten sein, aber auch Namen, die auf dem italienischen Markt neu sind. Copyright: Massimo Tiano.<\/p><\/div>\n<h5><strong>\u00d6ffentlicher Raum als Projektstrategie <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bis zum Ende des Jahres werden die Mitarbeiter der Allianz das erste fertiggestellte Hochhaus beziehen, das von Arata Isozaki entworfen wurde und nun der h\u00f6chste Wolkenkratzer Italiens ist, mit 202 Metern H\u00f6he und 50 Stockwerken.
