Neue Wohnformen in Z\u00fcrich"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wohnbaugenossenschaften haben in Z\u00fcrich eine lange Tradition. Viele neue Projekte wecken das Interesse und sind h\u00e4ufig Teil unserer Architekturf\u00fchrungen. Die beiden Genossenschaften \u201cKalkbreite\u201d und \u201cMehr als Wohnen\u201d erproben neue Ideen, wie wir in Zukunft wohnen k\u00f6nnten: \u201cZusammen oder <u>a<\/u>llein \u201d?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Kalkbreite integriert ein bestehendes Tramdepot und ist zentral gelegen. Ein \u00f6ffentlicher Hof auf dem Deck des Depots situiert und dient als Eingangsebene und Spielfl\u00e4che. Der gesamte Block ist eine kleine Stadt mit \u00f6ffentlichen Nutzungen wie Kinderbetreuung, medizinischer Versorgung, Kino, Bars, Restaurants, L\u00e4den und B\u00fcros in den drei Sockelgeschossen. Copyright: Barbara Petri.<\/p><\/div>\n<h5><strong>Was ist speziell an der Kalkbreite?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Neben Familienwohnungen bietet es eine grosse Bandbreite \u201cCluster-Wohnungen\u201d an &#8211; Einheiten mit bis zu neun Zimmern. Jede Wohnung deckt die Grundbed\u00fcrfnisse ab, Gemeinschaftsk\u00fcche und Wohnzimmer werden geteilt. Allen Clusterwohnungen gemeinsam steht ein Wohn-\/ Esszimmer mit eigenem Koch f\u00fcr bis zu 50 Personen zur Verf\u00fcgung. Jeder Bewohner hat maximal 35m2, was bez\u00fcglich Nachhaltigkeit Raum und Energie spart. G\u00e4ste der Bewohner k\u00f6nnen in der hausinternen Pension \u00fcbernachten, dies erspart das G\u00e4stezimmer in der eigenen Wohnung. Copyright: Barbara Petri.<\/p><\/div>\n<h5><strong>\u201cMehr als Wohnen\u201d \u2013 aber ohne Auto!<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cMehr als Wohnen\u201d wurde 2007 zum 100-j\u00e4hrigen Jubil\u00e4um der Z\u00fcrcher Wohnbaugenossenschaften gegr\u00fcndet. 2014 zogen die ersten Bewohner in die Areal\u00fcberbauung \u201cHunziker\u201d im Aussenquartier Leutschenbach. Die 13 H\u00e4user bieten Platz f\u00fcr 1\u2019200 Bewohner in 370 Wohnungen: Familienwohnungen, Clusters oder Satelliten-Studios &#8211; f\u00fcr junge Singles, Patchwork-Familien oder \u00e4ltere Menschen.
