Das markante Speichergeb\u00e4ude wurde zun\u00e4chst komplett entkernt, die Kubatur und die Backsteinfassade blieben jedoch erhalten. Im April 2013 genehmigte die Stadt Hamburg eine neue Organisation des Projekts.
